Presolicitation Notice Fort Rucker 2

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Center (HNC) intends to issue and Request for Proposal (RFP) for energy management services. The purpose of this acquisition is to award for Fort Rucker 2, Alabama, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Utility Energy Savings Contract (UESC) with a period of performance that shall not exceed 25 years.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------***Amendment 0001 is issued to incorporate the revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) with the corrected scope of work. The updated PWS is listed as Attachment 03 to this amendment. All other aspects of the presolicitation notice remain unchanged.
