Amendments issued prior to amendment 05 are not required to be submitted. Description of Changes: Quote submission process updated, Per Diem reimbursement changed from Standard Conus to Locality, clauses updated, and most current wage determination updated. Please review the solicitation entirely. A pre-quote meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on February 16, 2023, at 1:00pm Mountain Time. Please respond to the survey in section E of this solicitation if you plan to attend. Please submit any questions you may have in writing to bryce.pitchford@usda.gov prior to the pre-quote meeting.
