Description?

The purpose of this amendment is to:1. Provide answers in response to Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) questions received before the PPI deadline.2. Update the PPI deadline FROM no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the solicitation close date TO PPIs for Phase I shall be received no later than 20 February 2026. Amendments will be acknowledged at proposal submission in Block 19 of the SF 1442.
