This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. Description of Work: The contractor will provide Lackland AFB with the requested coverage data study for JBSA. A technical team will survey 4400.5x.5 mile grids in the San Antonio area and 5-mile military influence areas. The testing will include inbound and outbound testing.
