REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) — MARKET RESEARCH ONLY 1. Purpose This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research and planning purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. Requirement Overview The Government is seeking information from qualified vendors for the following: Project Area: Federal Bureau of Prisons Reentry Services Division (RSD)/Education Branch Objective: The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is seeking a computer based- test (CBT) designed for the evaluation of comprehensive battery tests in the following areas: cognitive abilities, academic achievement, and oral language skills. 3. Set-Aside Market Research The Government is conducting market research to determine the availability of capable small business concerns and to support a potential set-aside decision in accordance with FAR Part 19. 4.
