Description?

DLA Troop Support Subsistence requires continued access to a commercial, web?based food market intelligence platform to support the Subsistence Prime Vendor Program. The platform must provide current item?level pricing, historical trends, indexes, forecasts, and expert market insights, along with analytical tools to assess pricing shifts and enable timely, data?driven decisions in a rapidly changing commodity environment. This action incorporates CLIN 0001 to upgrade the existing Expana Internet Database User License (Advanced – 10 users) to the Premium License – 10 users for performance during the base year. The subscription upgrade enhances capability from Advanced to Premium.
