1. In 1.02 AMOUNT AND TYPE OF SPACE, LEASE TERM, AND OCCUPANCY DATE (OCT 2022): Subsection F is deleted and replaced by: "The lease term shall be 10 Years Firm", and Subsection G is deleted and replaced by: "The Lease Term Commencement Date will be on or about August 15, 2027, or upon acceptance of the Space, whichever is later. 2. The Due Date for responses is extended to no later than 3:00 PM ET on March 25, 2026
