Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Baker Tilly

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Baker Tilly as it prepares to meet the Department of the Navy financial audit requirements within Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific?s Finance Department (Code 10000) and Corporate Operations Department (Code 80000). The scope of this effort is to support the delivery of approximately fifteen (15) RPAs, maintain approximately twenty (20) automation suites, and related support to NIWC Pacific Corporate Strategy Division and Comptroller office in support of the FY26 Naval Working Capital Fund (NWFC) Financial Statement audit. The period of performance is from 27 February 2026 - 26 February 2027.
