Air High Pressure Dehydrator (AHPD) Groom

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the proposal due date to 23 April 2026. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) to CEPEDA Associates, Inc. in accordance with RFO 6.103-1, for a firm fixed price contract to provide a qualified on-site representative in support of the grooming of the Air High Pressure Dehydrator (AHPD) onboard a Virginia-class submarine. In accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1, a sources sought was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), SAM.gov from 6 April 2026 ’ 9 April 2026 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The Government received one response from industry but was deemed incapable in performing the requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 ’ Ship Building and Repair with a size standard of 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J020 ’ Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment-Ship Repair and Marine Equipment. Please note the following: This solicitation is available upon request only.
