The notice and the information received shall not be used to determine how well respondents can perform a requirement, which can only be evaluated in response to a solicitation. Vendors will not receive formal notification or feedback on any information submitted in this Sources Sought request. All future/proposed submissions/solicitations requirements solicited on a Government Point of Entry will be evaluated independent of any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. No vendor will be provided information on solicitations issued on a Government Point of Entry based on this Sources Sought request. Large and Small Businesses are invited to answer this market survey to determine market capabilities. The 179th CW/MSC, Mansfield, OH, is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide: high-precision, ruggedized Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) and Inertial Navigation System (INS) receiver hardware. The purpose of this hardware is to deliver highly accurate, reliable, and continuous Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) data within contested electromagnetic environments to support intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), tactical vehicle navigation, precision targeting, and benchmark-quality testing/operator training. CORE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS To meet the government's minimum operational and benchmark testing standards, any prospective system must demonstrate the capability to meet or exceed the following performance and security parameters: Data Output Rates: Must support a sustained 20 Hz GNSS data output rate and a 100 Hz raw IMU data output rate. Sensor Fusion & Integration: Must support tightly coupled GNSS/INS integration utilizing tactical-grade Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) (e.g., Honeywell HG4930, Epson G370N, or functional equivalents). Constellation & Signal Tracking: Simultaneous tracking of multi-constellations and signals including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, NavIC L5, and SBAS (L1/L2/L5/L6/E1/E5a/E5b/AltBOC/E6/B1/B2/B3) with L-Band capabilities. Interference & Spoofing Resilience: Embedded, advanced software/firmware-level interference mitigation and active spoofing detection, including the capability to generate time-tagged digitized RF samples (equivalent to GRIT/Sprinkler protocols). Secure Military GPS Integration: Must utilize a modified-commercial architecture capable of integrating with the L3Harris M-Code Increment 1, Type 2 receiver architecture to ensure secure, uninterrupted access to encrypted military M-Code GPS signals. Hardware Form Factors & Interoperability: Systems must be compatible or form-fit-function equivalent with existing test-bench environments utilizing CPT7 (single/dual antenna), PwrPak7, and OEM7700/7720 receiver card form factors, including standard interposer boards and I/O cabling. CAPABILITY STATEMENT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements listed above are invited to submit a Capability Statement (not exceeding 5 pages) detailing: Company Information: Name, address, UEI, CAGE code, and business size status under NAICS 334511 (e.g., Small Business, SDVOSB, WOSB, Large Business). Technical Capability: Describe your hardware's ability to achieve 20 Hz GNSS / 100 Hz IMU output rates. Detail your system's integration with Honeywell HG4930 or Epson G370N IMUs. Provide proof of certified integration with the L3Harris M-Code Increment 1, Type 2 architecture. Explain your system's embedded active spoofing detection and RF digitizing capabilities. Interoperability: Address how your proposed solution achieves form-fit-function compatibility with the existing OEM7/CPT7/PwrPak7 architecture without requiring a proprietary software/telemetry redesign. Authorized Channels: Confirm if your company is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized distributor/reseller. RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS Please submit capability statements via email to the Contracting Officer, Jeffrey Snyder, at jeffrey.snyder.20@us.af.mil. Questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email. Phone calls will not be accepted.
