Y810 Maintenance Building Construction

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to 5 February 2026 at 2PM Eastern. US Army Corps of Engineers Charleston District has a requirement for a Y810 Maintenance Building Construction. The anticipated construction requirements will be predominantly under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS: The only authorized transmission method for a proposal in response to this solicitation is electronically via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (EMAIL, FACSIMILE, REGULAR MAIL, HAND CARRIED, ETC.) WILL BE ACCEPTED.
