56--NYFO Paddock Fencing

This is a pre-solicitation notice. The U.S. Government desires to procure paddock fencing in fiscal year 2026, for The US Park Police (USPP) New York Field Office (NYFO) Horse Mounted Patrol (HMP) Unit which has a stable located at 407 Beach 169th Street, Queens, NY 11694. The USPP NYFO HMP Stable area has two (2) horse paddocks near the stable. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP). The U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals in response to this notice. The U.S. Government intends to issue an oral request for quote. Interested parties shall email Michelle Shoshone at michelle_shoshone@ios.doi.gov in order to participate in the oral request for quote. The final day for submission of quotes will be 5pm EST 16 August 2026.
