Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23/RPO Central of the Department of Veterans Affairs is currently conducting market research to identify qualified firms capable of providing a Service Agreement to provide inspection, testing and maintenance of the fire, smoke, and combination fire/smoke dampers for the VA BHHCS hospitals in Fort Meade and Hot Springs, South Dakota as required in the attached statement of work (SOW). The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
