J--NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE-SOURCE

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Missouri Basin Regional Office (MBRO) intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Flatwater Fleet of Saginaw, Minnesota. Flatwater Fleet will be designing, fabricating, painting and installing a potable flatbed water tank assembly compatible with the Government-furnished carrier, including appurtenances, lighting, toolboxes, headache rack, mounting hardware for the support of drilling site operations, on-site dust suppression and general water transport for drilling activities within the Missouri Basin Region. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 13.106-1. The anticipated award date is July 2, 2026. Please note: this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is June 29, 2026, 10:00 a.m. MDT. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
