Only fill out the highlighted portion of the Order Form. Deadline: Questions will be due in writing (email) by 0900 (HST) on 28 JUNE 2026. This solicitation will close at 0800 (HST) on 29 JUNE 2026 any quotes submitted after this date will not be considered by the Contracting Office. Once questions are received, we will provide answers in this solicitation for all interested parties. This is only an RFQ.
