This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24626Q0431, will be issued on or about 9 April 2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond VA Medical has a purchase for the Drager Anesthesia Carts Service for the Richmond VA Medical Center located in Richmond, Virginia.
