Saipan Laundry Services

The Department of the Air Force is soliciting quotes for commercial bulk laundry services to support military personnel operating on the island of Saipan. The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, and supplies (including scales and individual laundry bags) necessary to perform wash, dry, and fold services with quotes being on a strictly "per pound" basis. The requirement is currently limited to approximately 65 personnel located at "Cowtown," Saipan, with an estimated volume of 1,300 lbs per week. The Contractor must execute pickup and delivery operations every other day with a strict 48-hour turnaround time. The Period of Performance is approximately 12 June 2026 to 10 July 2026. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.Payment will be processed via Government Purchase Card (GPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). All transaction fees or administrative costs associated with these payment methods shall be included in the quoted price.
