This Sources Sought Notice is being posted only as a request for information to determine if an “Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside (specific to Department of Interior and Indian Health Service) or a “Total Small Business Set-Aside’ can fulfill the requirements set forth below. NAICS Code: 621112 ’ Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists a. If a different NAICS code is suggested, please include the proposed NAICS code and rationale. 2. Description of request: The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, Ute Mountain Ute Service Unit (UMUSU), is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing child and adolescent psychiatric services through a Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) under a non-personal healthcare services contract on a part-time basis. Services are anticipated to be performed approximately 1—2 days per month (8-hour shifts), totaling an estimated 12—24 days per year. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Responses to this notice should include the following: 1.)
