This announcement, dated 19 May 2026, from Naval Air Systems Command, PMA-265 (Program Office for F/A-18 and EA-18G Aircraft), is conducting market research to identify potential sources who have the skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge required to successfully support a Life of Type Buy (LOTB) of obsolete electronic components associated with the Reference Standby Display (RSD) and Low Profile Head Up Display (LPHUD) Frequency Equalizer Generation 1 sustainment components for the F/A-18, EA-18G and F-15EX aircraft weapon systems as authorized by the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Review Board (DMSRB). This procurement is for IC Accelerometer 10 G 5V MIL LCC20 PBF, P/N 7040-10391-01. This is NOT a Request for Proposal. Firms that can meet the NAVAIR’s requirement identified above are encouraged to identify themselves by submitting a response to this Sources Sought Notice. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Interested parties shall submit a brief capabilities statement (no more than 10 pages) demonstrating their ability to perform the services described herein no later than 5:00pm EST 3 June 2026. The Government is interested in receiving vendors’ commercial published price lists for items they believe meet the need in this RFI. The Government is also interested in lead-time and current stock level. All data received in response to this RFI, marked or designated as corporate or proprietary, will be fully protected from release outside the Government.
