The Department of Veteran s Affairs will solicit for vendors capable to provide (1) HS Simulation Eyesi Surgical Complete System with Cataract and Retina capability ( Eyesi Surgical Complete System ), inclusive of all components, software, accessories, spare instruments, licenses, and courseware as detailed herein. The system must be manufactured by Haag-Streit and include the Eyesi Surgical Gold Software Plan (36 months) for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, quality control, and technical expertise to procure (1) HS Simulation Eyesi Surgical Complete System with Cataract and Retina capability ( Eyesi Surgical Complete System ), inclusive of all components, software, accessories, spare instruments, licenses, and courseware as detailed herein. The system must be manufactured by Haag-Streit and include the Eyesi Surgical Gold Software Plan (36 months). This is a turn-key request with the Contractor providing all parts and performing all work in accordance with the terms and conditions Service must be done in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal guidelines. A request for quote, RFQ, will be issued on or around Thursday, April 23, 2026. Period of Performance is for a period of 12 months to begin September 30, 2026. To be eligible for award, the prospective contractor must be registered in SAM database at http://www.sam.gov and comply with the Evaluation for Basis of Award. If you are an SDVOSB, VOSB or small business and plan on subcontracting, please provide a plan to show how your company will provide 51% of the work being performed.
