AMENDMENT 0001- SUMMARY OF CHANGES The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to incorporate Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) provision 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations in Attachment 6 Clauses and Provisions. Offerors must complete the fill-in sections of RFO 52.219-1. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original solicitation remain in full force and effect AMENDMENT 0002- SUMMARY OF CHANGES This amendment is to notify all interested contractors that the site visit for the Hoods, Ducts, and Fire Protection Systems Maintenance & Repair Services at Andersen AFB, Guam, has been postponed due to Typhoon Sinlaku. A new date for the site visit will be announced in a future amendment. All interested parties should continue to monitor this solicitation for further updates. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original solicitation remain in full force and effect AMENDMENT 0003- SUMMARY OF CHANGES This amendment is to notify all interested contractors that the site visit for the Hoods, Ducts, and Fire Protection Systems Maintenance & Repair Services at Andersen AFB, Guam, has been rescheduled. See Attachment 9. The site visit has been rescheduled to April 29th, 9:00am, at 36 CONS. In addition, the RFI period and solicitation have been extended. Please see the updated attachments. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original solicitation remain in full force and effect
