The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the solicitation close date to Wednesday December 10th, 2025, change the period of performance from a base period of 20 September 2025 through 31 July 2026 (ten (10) month and eleven (11) days) and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods, and a six (6) month option to extend services to a base period of 01January 2026 through 31 December 2026 (twelve (12) months) and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods, and a six (6) month option to extend services, and update the Attachment 01 Price Schedule CLIN 0001 Routine Cleaning Quantity from 10.5 months to 12 months. 63rd DPW CUSTODIAL SERVICES, TYLER, TEXAS - TX196: This is a non-personal services contract to provide custodial services at the Armed Forces Reserve Center(ARFC) TX196, located at 13592 State Highway 31 W, Tyler TX 75709-5151. The base period of 01 January 2026 through 31 December 2026 (twelve (12) months) and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods, and a six (6) month option to extend services, and update the Attachment 01 Price Schedule CLIN 0001 Routine Cleaning Quantity from 10.5 months to 12 months.
