S--Nimbus Fish Hatchery Waste Collection Services

The Bureau of Reclamation is conducting market research to determine the availability and capability of qualified businesses, including small businesses, to provide waste collection and disposal services at the Nimbus Fish Hatchery located at 2001 Nimbus Road, Gold River, CA 95670. The anticipated requirement is for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide all labor, equipment, materials, containers, transportation, and disposal necessary for weekly waste collection services. The contractor shall provide and maintain waste containers, including an 8-yard waste container, 6-yard yard waste container, 4-yard recycling container, and 64/65-gallon organics container, and transport/dispose of collected waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The anticipated period of performance includes one base year and four option years (9/1/2026 through 8/31/2031). Reclamation is seeking capability statements from interested businesses capable of performing this requirement. Interested vendors shall submit a capability statement addressing the following: 1. Company Information o Company name, point of contact, phone number, and email address. o Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. o Business size status under NAICS 562111. 2. Capability and Experience o Description of the company’s experience providing commercial waste collection and disposal services. 3. Service Area Authorization o Confirmation that the company is authorized and capable of providing commercial waste collection services at the Nimbus Fish Hatchery location (2001 Nimbus Road, Gold River, CA 95670), including any applicable permits, licenses, franchise agreements, or other requirements necessary to perform the services. 4. Interest in Requirement o Confirmation of interest and ability to submit a quote if this requirement is solicited. Responses should be submitted no later than 7/23/2026, 10:00am PST.
