Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract for 1-year base contract with a six-month option period for a Contractor to provide a minimum of eight (8) high-capacity dehumidifying/air conditioning rental units to support mission-critical environmental control operations. Each unit must have a minimum cooling capacity of 12.5 tons or 20 tons, airflow capacity of at least 5,000 cubic feet per minute (CFM), and be mounted on a skid with certified welded lifting points for safe handling and deployment. This posting serves as a Presolicitation notice in association with N32253-26-Q-0050. This requirement is anticipated to be a 100% small business set aside. The tentative start date is 07 July 2026. The location of performance is Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing; the size standard for this NAICS is $40,000,000.
