Amendment 0005 - This amendment makes the following changes: - Descope - Due to funding limitations, the Great Wall of Buckeye site is removed from the base items on the SOI. Any reference to this site throughout any attachments is hereby deemed not a part of any resulting contract. - SOW paragraph 1.7 START DATE is changed to May 18, 2026. - SOW paragraph 1.8 CONTRACT TIME is changed to 344 Calendar Days; the POP end date remains 4/26/2027. - The response date is changed to May 1, 2026. The attached questions and answers address those discrepancies with instruction as to what information takes precedence. These answers will be made a part of any resulting contract. The supporting documents will be adjusted as identified within this amendment. - The response date is changed to April 3, 2026. The time remains 12:00 PM MT. It is anticipated that an additional amendment may be necessary. This solicitaiton is currently being reviewed and will be updated once that decision is made. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Amendment 0003 - This amendment makes the following clarifications: - There is a discrepancy between the SOW Section 3.3 and Attachment 8. Wood Rail Diagram concerning the size of bolts to be used. The SOW supersedes the attachment in this case and 3/8" bolts should be used for construction. - The SOW Section 7.7 specifies gate requirements. The number of gates is given in previously answered and posted questions. No gates require replacement with new hardware. Any gate that is found in place of a section of fence to be rebuilt, should be reused on the newly erected fence. This is incidental to the fencing line items. - The KMZ file notes a site named "Stuart". This site is not included in the solicitation. - The response date remains unchanged as March 26, 2026. The time remains 12:00 PM MT. The following changes have been made: - Mobilization line item added. Bond premiums should be added to this line item. - Sites that have both post and rail fencing and barbed wire fencing have been split into separate line items. - The response date is being extended to March 26, 2026. Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0016 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for This project is comprised of removing and replacing multiple barbed wire and wooden post and rail fences at campgrounds and lakes on the Manti La Sal Nation Forest. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238990. The small business size standard is 5660 FENCING, FENCES, GATES AND COMPONENTS. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
