AMENDMENT-DESCRIPTION The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to provide the information mentioned below: Amended the Solicitation Part related to Information Regarding Bidding Material, Bid Guarantee, and Bonds, and the Solicitation Part related to bonding in Instruction to Offerors. All updated parts are highlighted in Yellow. Updates provisions and clauses 52.212-4, 52.243-4, 52.246-12, 52.246-21, and VA Specific Special Contract Clause, Payments under Fixed-Price Construction Contracts. Attach responses to all RFIs received. Attach site visit sign in sheet of vendors that attended the site visit on June 15, 2026.
