Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TX City: Houston Delineated Area: North: Starting at the intersection of I-45 and Hwy 99 traveling East to I-69 East: I-69 to Greens Rd South: Greens road to Aldine Westfield Rd to Rankin Road to I-45 West: I-45 to I-99 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 35,599 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 36,700 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 214 Parking Spaces (Surface): 214 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 15 for Government Owned Vehicles (GOVs) Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must not be located near retail locations, educational institutions, churches, nor hospitals Space must be located on ground level or above Parking must be located on-site or withing a 1 block walkable radius of the offered site. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
