The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services and the small business size standard is $19.5 Million.A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.This enclosure is an addendum to FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ?
