6525--Amendment A0001 to incorporate VA Class Deviation - Radiation Therapy - Re-compete 10-year contract

This is an amendment to a previous combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.603. This Request for Proposal (RFP) 36H79725R0004 is issued by the National Acquisition Center (NAC), High Tech Medical Equipment (HTME) Contract Administration Division for Radiation Therapy Systems and Accessories for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The solicitation is for a five (5) year base period and a five (5) year option period contract. The VA NAC intends to award multiple contracts from this solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 334517. UPDATE - Solicitation number 36H79725R0004 will close on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 12:00PM CT. Please see attachment #10 for a response to all questions received. All other changes have been highlighted in the solicitation.
