Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to add an updated Brand Name or Equal (BNoE) document (Brand Name or Equal (BNoE)-355 EMS SPYDERCRANE - CO Sgnd) with an updated list of characteristics in Section B; specifically numbers 26-29 and extend the solicitation due dates for quotes to 05 May 2026 by 1:00 PM PDT. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 355 EMS requires procurement of a compact lifting system Brand Name or Equal (BNoE) to the SPYDERCRANE URW375C4UMRS.
