Please confirm the required bin size. Bin size between or approximately 95-96 gallon is okay. Proposal should state bin size being offered. Please confirm whether this RFQ is limited to GSA Federal Supply Schedule holders only, and whether offerors without a current GSA Schedule may participate through a teaming or subcontracting arrangement. This requirement is for GSA holders, partnering / subcontracting with a GSA holder is encouraged. Please confirm whether pricing should be submitted as a single quarterly service covering both FEMA Region 10 locations, or whether pricing should be broken out by site.
