THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26126Q0307 on a brand name or equal basis on/around March 18, 2026, for the purchase of Medical Gases. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120, and Product Service Code (PSC) is 6835. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement and is an Open Market set aside for SDVOSBs. All RFQ details shall be included in the solicitation. Interested firms are reminded that, in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award.
