Relay Ground Station – South (RGS-S) Antenna

ANNOUNCEMENT: Amendment 0001 is issued, please see attachment section below for SF30 - amendment 0001, and two other applicable attachments. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// The Relay Ground Station South (RGS-S) site is located at Shriever Space Force Base outside of Colorado Springs, CO. The site is situated inside the restricted area. The purpose of the project is to provide the Space Force with the facilities and infrastructure (FI) needed to support RGS-S. The project will be executed using a Design-Build (DB) project delivery method, which will require the contractor to provide the Government with a complete design that will provide construction of a complete and usable facility to include warranty based on the Request for Proposal (RFP). Facilities and infrastructure will be designed, procured, installed, and commissioned by the Contractor. The facilities and infrastructure will primarily consist of concrete pads, antenna pedestal foundations, radome ringwalls, site utilities, backup generators, fuel tanks, pathways and cabling, and shelters. VENDORS MUST BE REGISTERED AND ACTIVE IN SAM.GOV AND In accordance with DFARS clause 252.240-7997 and the National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publication (NIST SP) 800-171, offerors must have current BASIC confidence level in the PIEE Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) and must be registered in Procurement Integrity Enterprise Environment (PIEE) to obtain approval for access to all CUI documents. This solicitation requires the contractor and/or subcontractor(s) information system to process, store, or transmit Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and requires the contractor and/or subcontractor(s) to comply with CMMC requirements. The CMMC level required by this solicitation is: CMMC Level 2 (Self). This CMMC level, or higher (see 32 CFR part 170), is required prior to award for each contractor information system that will process, store, or transmit FCI or CUI during performance of the contract. In accordance with 252.204-7021 Compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level Requirements, contractors shall submit the CMMC UID(s) issued by SPRS for contractor information systems that will process, store, or transmit FCI or CUI during performance of the contract.
