Aeromechanics Systems and Engineering

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to issue a competitive solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 15 for Aeromechanics and Systems Engineering research, development and technical support services for software and hardware development, prototype development and analysis encompassing those engineering and program management activities throughout the lifecycle of the Navy and Marine Corps air systems for the Flight Controls Branch of the Air Systems Group (ASG). This notice was posted manually to SAM.gov due to a temporary system error preventing automated publication from the PIEE Solicitation Module. The official Request for Proposal (RFP) and all associated documents will be posted to PIEE, with a link broadcast on SAM.gov. All proposals will be required to be submitted through the PIEE Solicitation Module. NO RESPONSE IS REQUIRED TO THIS NOTICE. The response date listed in the system serves as the close date for this presolicitation notice and represents the anticipated release date of the RFP.
