Vessel charter per the attached Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0094. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
