G099--Modification to Increase Ceiling for HCHV - San Francisco Low Demand Safe Haven Services

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to Award a Sole Source Modification for a Ceiling Increase under Contract 36C26124D0026. The Government intends to issue a sole source modification to Swords to Plowshares Veterans Rights Organization per Revolutionary Far Overhaul 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The modification will increase the ceiling of the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract 36C26119D0018 from $6.99M to $8.5M to permit additional healthcare for homeless Veterans services to eligible veterans in the area. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.
