Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, will be issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide a Clinical Laboratory Microbiological System - Instruments, Reagents, & Supplies. The Contractor shall provide Clinical Laboratory Microbiological System - Instruments, Reagents, & Supplies to the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). The Contractor shall provide products and services in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the 1988 Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA), and the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI). It is NCO 21 s intention to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for VAPAHCS. Please refer to the solicitation for a complete summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quotation using the following NAICS is contemplated: 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. THIS RFQ SHALL BE FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Solicitation documents will be available on or about Monday, August 24, 2026. The solicitation will contain Quotation instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price Contract.
