The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference. Pre-proposal conference to discuss the requirements of this solicitation will be held by Government on 23 July 2026 at the time and place which offerors will receive information by email. See Section L of the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposals are due by 17:00 Central European Time (CET) on 14 August 2026. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your proposal must be submitted electronically to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov . It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 1. SF-33 2. Section B, Pricing Schedule. 3. Section B, Retention Amounts in B.3 and B.7. 4.
