OEM Bow Thruster Troubleshooting and Repair Services

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract. The United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center (USCG-SFLC), Norfolk, VA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source contract to Trident Maritime Systems, LLC under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 6.302-1, 6.303-2 and 6.304. This special notice of intent to award is posted to www.betasam in accordance with FAR Part 5.002. Purchase order terms and conditions will be IAW FAR 2.212-4 and the applicable clauses of FAR 52.212-4. Only one source is reasonably available. Trident Maritime Systems, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). All information received in response to this Notice of Intent marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Per FAR 6.302-1, USCG Surface Force Logistics Center located in Norfolk, Virginia intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for OEM Bow Thruster Troubleshooting and Repair Services. This notice is published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. This notice will not be extended, or the award delayed for a vendor to submit their quote for capability or for registration in www.betasam.gov.
