DLA Troop Support is conducting market research seeking to identify possible sources that can supply “RESPIRATOR OUTFIT”. Interested contractors are requested to review the below descriptions carefully to identify any potential manufacturing challenges and formulate any questions. The intent of this sources sought notice is to gather information that will identify sources for the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced item under a contract or purchase order. NSN Description Part Number 4240-01-363-4699 Respirator Outfit NF-1200A RHINE AIR, INC 58501 P/N NF-1200A RQ009: INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AT ORIGIN. RD003, COVERED DEFENSE INFORMATION POTENTIALLY APPLIES. DATA IS PROPRIETARY OR INSUFFICIENT FOR COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. THIS ITEM IS IDENTIFIED AS A COMMERCIAL ITEM - (TO INCLUDE 'COMMERCIAL OF A TYPE'). THIS IS A NAVY IDENTIFIED CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM (CSI). Interested parties should provide written responses by close of business on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026 by 6:00 PM EST to: Luis Marrero, DLA Troop Support Construction & Equipment, at Luis.Marrero@dla.mil. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this inquiry. The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice. If a solicitation would result, it would be synopsized on the beta.SAM.gov website and it would be the offeror's responsibility to monitor the beta.SAM.gov website for any such notices.
