This is a pre-solicitation notice. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation 36C24626Q0673 will be issued on or about July 10, 2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond VA Medical Center, Richmond Virginia has a requirement for an Automated Capillary Protein Analysis System.
