Description?
The Maryland Air National Guard has a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for HVAC maintenance, repair, construction, diagnostics, and alterations for HVAC systems in support of activities throughout the 175th Wing. The MATOC will support the Maryland Air National Guard Base located in Martin State Airport. The MATOCs will have a total contract ordering period of five (5) years. The MATOCs will be a single discipline contract, with typical work to include, heating and air conditioning; heating, ventilation, emergency troubleshooting, and air conditioning (HVAC) controls; All work will be in accordance with specifications, repairs, and alterations for individual projects provided by the 175th Civil Engineer Squadron.The 175th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) at the Maryland Air National Guard Base is responsible for maintaining mission-critical HVAC systems across approximately 55 facilities supporting flight operations, cyber, logistics, and administrative functions. These systems include split units, package units, boilers, chillers, variable air volume (VAV) systems, and multiple direct digital control (DDC)/building automation systems (BAS). Contractors sill be required to respond within 120 minutes (two hours) in response to emergencies, via their main office to the Martin State Airport.
