Description

The Department of War, BES AFLCMC/GBK4M, intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole source basis to Innovative Management Concepts, INC., located at 428 Honaker Road, Blairsville, GA 30512-1205. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain REMIS support during a period of performance from 01 June 2026 to 31 August 2027. Under this requirement, the Contractor shall provide all technical and operational support for the REMIS program. This includes full software development life-cycle activities, systems engineering, development, integration, and operational processes to preserve and enhance REMIS service capabilities. The contract type is a mix of Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LH), and Cost Reimbursement (CR). The contract will include a 3-month base and two (2) 6-month options.
