PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS Notice Type: Presolicitation / Special Notice Title: Intent to Procure: Fork Lift Electric Agency/Office: Department of War 1. Description of Requirement The Department of War (DoW) is issuing this presolicitation synopsis to announce its future intent to procure a commercial fork lift electric. The intended equipment will support engineering, earthmoving, and base operation tasks. Specific technical requirements are currently being finalized. 2.
