The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC) Atlantic, Code 22130, intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Connective Design, LLC for cable assemblies. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Responses are due to Brianna Busby, Contract Specialist, via email at brianna.a.busby2.civ@us.navy.mil.
