Description?
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06. This solicitation is open market / unrestricted; full and open competition, and will be competed in accordance with FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621511 Medical Laboratories, with a small business size standard of $ 41.5 Million Dollars. The FSC/PSC is Q301 Medical- Laboratory Testing. The Network Contracting Office (NCO-10) is seeking to purchase Reference Laboratory Services for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center. Responses will be evaluated via comparative analysis utilizing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Questions shall be emailed to Morgan.Stein@va.gov and are due by 12 PM February 02, 2026. Responses shall be submitted no later than 4:30 PM February 28, 2026 via email to Morgan.Stein@va.gov.
