Integration: Tie-in of new cabling to existing circuit breakers (previously feeding the North and South Docks) to power two (2) newly installed pedestals. Bellingham Marine is the active on-site contractor executing the primary floating dock replacement. Performing this electrical work under the current work scope ensures a seamless structural and utility integration, avoiding divided operational liability between separate vendors. ? Operational Impact & Urgency Restoring power to the North and South docks is a direct prerequisite for establishing full immediate mission readiness for active boat crews stationed at Sector/Station St. Petersburg. ? Administrative & Fiscal Efficiency Procuring this cabling through a separate solicitation or a complex contract modification would introduce substantial administrative delays.
