The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, intends on soliciting for quotes for requirement is for a one-time professional service for the development of equipment-specific Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and delivery of LOTO training on behalf of the VA Atlanta Healthcare System. ’ ’ The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 Procedures. Request for Quote#’ 36C24726Q0199 for this effort’ which will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and’ will be posted to’ sam.gov (https://sam.gov/) on or about’ February 19, 2026.
