PROJECT TITLE: BB RESTORATION OF BUILDING 1 ENVELOPE PROJECT NUMBER: 673-21-116 THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: This is to inform you that a protest has been filed with the Government Accountability Office (GAO) regarding Solicitation #36C24826R0011 – Restoration of Building 1 Envelope. The protest was submitted by AmeriTech Contracting LLC on February 2, 2026. As required by FAR 33.105, we are providing notice to all offerors. Please note: This is a pre-award protest. GAO has established a due date of March 4, 2026, for the agency’s response. The GAO decision is expected by May 13, 2026. At this time, proposal submission deadlines remain unchanged. We will provide updates if any changes occur as a result of the protest.
