Description

Amend 01 - The ceiling has been corrected to $953M. Peraton Inc. of Herndon, Virginia, was awarded a competitive, firm-fixed-price, single-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the Capacity Services Communications III recompete in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency. The guaranteed minimum amount is $100 and will be satisfied through a task order award using Defense Working Capital Funds. The total amount of all orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $953M. Performance will be at DISA and non-DISA sites worldwide and is expected to be completed by August 14, 2036. Proposals were solicited via SAM.gov, and three proposals were received. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, is the contracting activity.
